Weichai generator is a kind of small power generation equipment, which refers to power machinery that uses diesel fuel as fuel and diesel engine as prime mover to drive generator to generate electricity. When we use Weichai generators, we must proceed from the perspective of environmental protection.
- 1. In use, try to load more than 50% of the power of Weichai generator set, and try to use fuel to burn completely in the cylinder.
- 2. Purchasing fuel is made of high-purity diesel, and high-grade fuel will cause less pollution after combustion.
- 3. Maintain the filtering function of the fuel filter element of Weichai generator set, and frequently check and replace the diesel filter element to ensure effective filtering of scum in the fuel and reduce pollution elements in the exhaust.
- 4. Install an exhaust purification device at the end of the exhaust smoke to dissolve and purify the exhaust gas and toxic gases, which has the effect of reducing environmental pollution.
